Instructions for installation and use: 
*First install hooks or expansion screw rings, or fixed plates or acceptable steel pipes on the ceiling. 
*The distance between the two hooks is preferably 50 cm to 80 cm. 
*Need to punch holes in the ceiling to install hooks, etc. the suspended ceiling is not suitable for installation. (The installation must be on a solid object that can bear the weight).
